Not a consumer reporting agency. This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Its material and output from a linked third-party tool may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-covered decision.
How Current Is the Information?
Records are corrected, portals and fees change, collections move, and digitization coverage develops over time. We strive to keep these references current, but no item is guaranteed at every moment. Confirm important information with the office that holds the record.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing in this service is legal advice. It points to sources and describes how records and directories may work in Bernalillo County; it cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public records support transparency, not harm. Do not use information reached through this service to stalk, harass, intimidate, or hurt another person. Misuse can violate New Mexico or federal law and violates our Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages contain search boxes supplied by outside providers. We do not control their results, charges, or handling of submitted information. Their results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
External Links
Links may lead to Assessor, Clerk, election, court, library, archive, and similar sources. We are not responsible for an outside resource’s information, accuracy, or availability.
No Records Are Hosted Here
This service does not hold a government roll, historical directory volume, court file, or vital record. It identifies offices, portals, and libraries that do. Obtain, verify, or correct a record through that custodian.
